Job Summary The Life Skills Teaching Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation of the life skills curriculum, focusing on outdoor activities such as rice cultivation, carpentry, and hiking. Reporting directly to the Primary Leadership Team, this role is dedicated to guiding students in practical experiences that develop essential life skills. Duties and Responsibilities - Prepare materials and resources for life skills activities, including outdoor projects and excursions. - Lead and supervised groups of students in various outdoor activities, such as rice growing, carpentry workshops, and hiking trips. - Collaborate with the life skills teacher to design and implement engaging and educational outdoor experiences. - Assist in the organisation and execution of field trips related to life skills education. - Supervise students during outdoor play and at designated outdoor areas. - Ensure the safety and well-being of students during outdoor activities, adhering to school policies and procedures. - Monitor and manage equipment and resources used in outdoor activities. - Provide guidance and support to students to promote teamwork, problem-solving, and practical skills development. Key Competencies - Strong organisational skills to plan and execute outdoor activities effectively. - Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students in practical learning experiences. - Demonstrated commitment to fostering student development through experiential learning. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in managing groups of students and addressing behavioural challenges in alignment with Panyaden’s approach to loving kindness interventions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• Thai nationality.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in education, outdoor education, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Passion for outdoor education and promoting life skills development.

• Open-mindedness towards innovative teaching methods, including experiential learning.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

• Familiarity with the principles of the Buddhist approach (if applicable).

• Basic computer literacy skills for administrative tasks related to outdoor education programs.
