เรากำลังมองหานักออกแบบประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่สามารถเปลี่ยนการเล่น ศิลปะ ดนตรี กีฬา โครงการ การแสดง และกิจกรรมนอกห้องเรียน ให้เป็นพื้นที่ที่เด็กได้คิด เลือก ลงมือทำ สื่อสาร และถ่ายโอนทักษะ โดยไม่ลดทอนความปลอดภัยหรือกลายเป็นเพียงกิจกรรมเพื่อความสวยงาม
We seek a creative-learning leader who can transform play, arts, music, sport, projects, performance, outdoor, and community experiences into safe, purposeful, measurable learning.

หน้าที่สำคัญ | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● จัดทำ Creative Learning Calendar, Project/Event Brief และเกณฑ์คุณภาพของกิจกรรม
Maintain the creative-learning calendar, project and event briefs, and activity-quality criteria.
● กำหนด Learning Outcomes, Child Agency, Inclusion, บทบาททีม เวลา งบประมาณ ทรัพยากร ความเสี่ยง และหลักฐานผลลัพธ์ของทุกกิจกรรม
Define learning outcomes, child agency, inclusion, team roles, timing, budget, resources, risk, and evidence for every activity.
● บริหาร Play, Project, Performance, Outdoor และ Community Experience ให้เหมาะกับวัยและเข้าถึงได้สำหรับเด็กทุกคน
Manage developmentally appropriate and accessible play, project, performance, outdoor, and community experiences.
● มอบหมายและประสานงานครูไทย ครูต่างชาติ ครูผู้ช่วย และครูประจำวิชา พร้อมกำหนด Owner, Deadline และ Backup
Coordinate Thai, international, CA, and subject-teacher teams with named owners, deadlines, and backup.
● ประเมินการมีส่วนร่วม ผลลัพธ์ และความคุ้มค่า พร้อมจัดทำ After-Action Review สำหรับกิจกรรมสำคัญ
Evaluate participation, outcomes, and value, and complete after-action reviews for major activities.
● พัฒนา Creative Resource Bank และถ่ายทอดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีให้ทีมสามารถนำกลับไปใช้ซ้ำได้
Develop reusable creative resources and share effective practice across the team.

คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น
- มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบหรือบริหารโครงการ กิจกรรม หรือประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย
- Relevant experience in Early Years projects, events, or creative-learning design.
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถเปลี่ยนแนวคิดให้เป็นแผนงานที่ดำเนินการได้จริง
- Ability to turn creative ideas into practical, high-quality delivery plans.
- เข้าใจ Child Agency, Inclusion, พัฒนาการตามวัย และการเรียนรู้ผ่านการเล่น
- Understanding of child agency, inclusion, developmentally appropriate practice, and play-based learning.
- สามารถบริหารทีม เวลา งบประมาณ ทรัพยากร และความปลอดภัยของกิจกรรมได้
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, budgets, resources, and activity safety.
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมไทยและต่างชาติได้ดี และสื่อสารเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจตรงกัน
- Strong Thai–international collaboration and clear communication of learning intentions.
- พร้อมใช้หลักฐานและการทบทวนหลังงานเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- Commitment to evidence, reflection, and continuous improvement.
