Head of Learning Management Hub (All Nationalities)

เรากำลังมองหาผู้นำด้านวิชาการที่สามารถเชื่อมหลักสูตรไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ และ IEYC ให้เป็นประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เดียวกัน ตั้งแต่
Curriculum Map, Scope & Sequence, Unit/Lesson Plan, Co-planning และ Co-teaching ไปจนถึงการใช้ข้อมูลเด็กเพื่อปรับการสอน
We seek an instructional leader who can connect Thai, English, and IEYC learning from curriculum mapping and planning through co-teaching, coaching, and data-informed improvement.


หน้าที่สำคัญ|KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● จัดทำและควบคุม Curriculum Map, Scope & Sequence, Learning Progression รายระดับ และปฏิทินวิชาการ
Maintain curriculum maps, scope and sequence, developmental progression, and the academic calendar.
● กำหนดมาตรฐาน Unit Plan, Lesson Plan และ Co-teaching Plan พร้อมบทบาทของครูไทย ครูต่างชาติ ครูผู้ช่วย และครูประจำวิชา
Set quality standards for unit, lesson, and co-teaching plans with explicit team roles.
● ตรวจแผน สังเกตการสอน ให้ Feedback และ Coaching พร้อมติดตามการแก้ไขจนเกิดผลจริง
Review plans, observe teaching, provide feedback and coaching, and close instructional actions.
● กำกับ Active Learning, Play-based Learning, Inquiry, Bilingual Integration, Differentiation และ Inclusion ให้เหมาะกับพัฒนาการเด็ก
Strengthen active, play-based, inquiry, bilingual, differentiated, and inclusive practice.
● ใช้ข้อมูลพัฒนาการเด็กร่วมกับ QA Hub และ Child Well-Being & Development Hub เพื่อปรับการสอนและการช่วยเหลือ
Use child-development evidence with QA and Well-Being teams to improve instruction and support.
● บริหาร Resource Bank และนำ PLC/Workshop เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ของทีม
Maintain an instructional resource bank and lead relevant PLCs and workshops.

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านปฐมวัย การศึกษา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีคุณสมบัติวิชาชีพตามที่กฎหมายและโรงเรียนกำหนด (Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, with required professional qualifications.)
มีผลงานและประสบการณ์ที่น่าเชื่อถือด้านหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนรู้ หรือการพัฒนาครูระดับปฐมวัย (Demonstrated achievement in Early Years curriculum, teaching, or teacher development.)
เข้าใจหลักสูตรไทย การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ/สองภาษา และการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมตามพัฒนาการ (Sound knowledge of Thai curriculum, English/bilingual learning, and developmentally appropriate practice.)
มีทักษะวางแผน มอบหมายงาน นิเทศ สังเกตการสอน และโค้ชบุคลากร (Strong planning, delegation, observation, supervision, and coaching skills.)
สามารถใช้ข้อมูลเด็กและหลักฐานการเรียนรู้เพื่อปรับการสอนได้จริง (Ability to use child data and learning evidence to improve teaching.)
ทำงานร่วมกับครูไทย ครูต่างชาติ ครูผู้ช่วย และครูประจำวิชาได้อย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ (Ability to collaborate professionally across Thai, international, CA, and subject-teacher teams.)
มีทักษะการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม การจัดระบบงาน และการรักษาความลับ (Cross-cultural communication, organisation, and confidentiality skills.)
