รายละเอียดงาน :
Assistant Communication and Marketing Manager entails working directly with the Communication and Marketing Manager and the School Director and supporting all school initiatives and market promotion through strong and relevant media including digital presence (all social media vehicles and the school website). Strong liaison with all sections of the school community as well as local government and businesses is a vital requirement and contributing to the school’s marketing strategy is expected. Initiating opportunities to generate revenue to the School will also be an expectation. Preparing and writing content in English and Thai and working/collaborating closely with the Admission Team, School Management, and related outsource services is a vital responsibility. An ability to self-motivate and initiate is important, with a focus on attracting students and teaching staff from other countries from around the world as well as retaining the existing ones. Liaison with Admission Team acting on behalf of Panyaden International School is an important aspect of the position. This will involve a commitment to some evening weekend and public holiday work. Main Responsibilities: Strategic / Planning • Developing, evaluating and executing of marketing strategies for the school to deliver business goals and enhance relationships with key stakeholders as approved by the School Director • Developing, implementing and executing appropriate marketing communication programmes to ensure that the image and reputation of the school are promoted and enhanced • Leading the development, implementation, execution and evaluation of the action plans to deliver the marketing strategies • Managing advertising programmes, evaluating media and creating and placing effective advertisements • Proposing and managing all approved marketing budgets and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns to understand their effectiveness and ROI • Working with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of the marketing strategy consistently throughout the school Marketing • Maintaining and developing the website as a marketing tool particularly in regard to content, up-to-date design and SEO • Increasing online presence through digital marketing and social media!! • Tracking the implementation of the marketing strategy and propose actions to improve student numbers to target levels • Developing a range of publications that supports the work of the Admissions team • Developing effective digital marketing, and maintaining a strong presence on social media • Developing and maintaining good relations with Media outlets within Chiang Mai, Thailand and the Region Communications • Increasing awareness and visibility of the School • Ensuring an appropriate and diverse range of tools exist to implement efficient and effective communications to agreed audiences • Developing and managing a media function at the school, including crisis management • Recognising and maximising PR and media opportunities • Creating engaging content to showcase the school, writing and distributing press releases, blog posts, Facebook posts, website, social media streams and communication materials after consultation with the Management Team of the school and/or the Board • Ensuring that online communications are used effectively as a key marketing tool Events • Creating and project managing an annual programme of educational events, conferences and exhibitions that position the School as a high-performance learning environment • Maximising opportunities presented by school memberships Competitor Analysis • Developing a good understanding of the international school’s market in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the region covering marketing proposition, collateral, student numbers, other performance criteria, as required • Conducting the annual international school benchmarking in terms of fee, facilities, student numbers and other performance criteria, as required • Advising Communication and Marketing Manager and Management Team on the competitive landscape, including understanding the target audience. Research and data management • Preparing timely reports including both statistics and narrative on marketing and communications activities • Working with the Admissions team, conducting regular customer market research to understand perceptions of the offer by parents and students, as well as third party influencers (ie. companies, relocation agents) • Maintaining and updating mailing and @Line databases • Managing and updating an alumni database !! General • Commissioning photography and video as needed, managing the library of marketing imagery. • Exemplify and promote the School values and behaviours and be committed to the School vision. • Implementing decisions of the Advisory Board and the supply of information in accordance with the Board’s directions • Other duties as may be assigned by the School Director

• 3-5 years of experience in related field
 
• Responsible and flexible
 
•  Good in Microsoft Excel, any software/technology skills.
