รายละเอียดงาน :
Main Responsibilities Secretarial (45 percent) • Provide secretarial support for School Founder, School Director, Management Team and Advisory Board in relation to the following: - Schedule meetings and take minutes; - Handle school confidential documents / information and ensure they remain secure; - Create and keep government and official documents and forms (sometimes translate Thai - English); - Write and/or translate announcements from Directors for teachers and school staff when required; - Manage, set up and keep track of school annual action plan; - Provide assistance and information to school staff on general school issues; - Prepare accurate monthly report to Management Team; - Design and implement production of school materials and presentations such as Parent Handbook, Communication book, Training Sheets, Job Ads, Posters and Signs; - Ordering stationery and equipment for Academic Support room; - Provide assistance and information to staff on general school issues; - Additional duties such as research, data management (as assigned). Digital Marketing Coordination (30 percent) • Work closely with school Marketing Committee to develop, implement and evaluate digital marketing campaigns for the school as well as school advertising/marketing materials as following: - Survey location and design school’s billboards. Coordinate with suppliers for printing and installation. - Design Facebook Ads, social media banners and other school marketing materials as needed. - Operate online marking activities, using content management systems such as WordPress, Facebook, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign; - Perform keyword research in Google AdWords, measure and report performance of all campaigns. - Coordinate with internal and external team to develop content for automation newsletter emails, blogs and other online materials. - Maintain up-to-date information from other education co-operatives and identify new or emerging markets locally and internationally. - Keep the website updated with accurate content, as well as work to improve website traffic and website conversions. - Lead and coordinate specific online projects as directed by the Marketing Committee. Community and Government Agencies (5 percent) • Liaising with local community leader and other public or private organizers; • Liaising with local Education Ministry and Immigration office; • Liaising with other government agencies as required. HR supervision (10 percent) • Supervise the work of the school’s HR officer, providing advice and coaching as needed; • Coordinate interview arrangements and reference checks with foreign candidates; • Follow up on initiatives/projects of management and supervise related staff as required. Personal Assistant to School Founder (10 percent) • Manage driver’s daily schedule (Kids pick up/drop off - both to school and after school classes); • Carry out background research for personal projects and present findings; • Handling School Founder’s house errands as assigned; • Liaising with suppliers/private tutors as assigned. General • Exemplify and promote Panyaden values and behaviour and be committed to the School vision. • Represent the school to parents and external parties as required.  
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• Bachelor degree in management/ education/ business administration or related field
 
• Experience in planning, secretarial or project management; minimum of 5 years.
 
• Demonstrates flexibility and be proactive when faced with challenging circumstances
 
• Organizational skills (time management, task management: balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow.)
 
• Excellent ability in both Thai and English communication skills (written and verbal, telephone/e-mail)
 
• Knowledge of Internet marketing; specifically online advertising and its inter-relationship with social media, SEM and website development is preferable.
 
• Analytical thinking
 
• Responsive and able to work extra and irregular hours if required.
 
• High levels of honesty, discretion, and integrity.
